Work kicks off at Castle Donnington business park

Developer Clowes Developments has appointed TanRo as main contractor for the first phase at Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donnington, Leicestershire.

The mixed-use development will include employment, amenity, office, retail and industrial units ranging in size from 139m² to 4,180m².

James Richards, Development Director at Clowes Developments, said: “We’ve been concentrating on the groundworks for some time now, so it’s very satisfying to be able to look forward to the steel frames coming out of the ground.”
