Voortman launches compact plate cutting machine

Netherlands-based steel equipment manufacturer Voortman Steel Machinery has launched the compact V302 plate-cutting machine.

The company said the new plate-cutting machine is equipped with all basic functions of Voortman’s existing plate cutting machines, while it is compact, fast and user-friendly.

It is available with either a plasma cutting torch, an oxy-fuel torch or a plasma/oxy-fuel-combination.

The Voortman V302 is also equipped with:

• Voortman Height Control (VHC), said to be the fastest height control on the market.
• Extensive Hole Performance for optimal quality holes
• Magnet holder at plasma torch to easy relocate the torch after collision
• Very user-friendly software system
