Planning consent given for Excellent Manchester offices

Developer Henry Boot has won planning consent for a new 18,500m² Manchester city centre office scheme.

Known as Colloco and located in the St John’s district of Manchester, the project will comprise 16 storeys of high-quality offices, with EPC A and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings being targeted.

The project team say Colloco will provide flexible spaces for a raft of different clients, including the creative sectors. The St John’s and nearby Spinningfields areas of Manchester are said to be hubs for the city’s media and technology businesses.
