New steel floor fixings brochure

Lindapter has published a new steel floor fixings brochure that includes its recently expanded range of grate-fast products.

Grate-fast products are said to allow contractors to quickly and safely secure open bar grating to the supporting steelwork without the need to access the underside of the flooring.

The company says this means that walkways can be installed by one person using standard hand tools, while eliminating the need for costly elevated floors or scaffolding, which often cause site disruption.

Grate-fast products are also said to be popular among engineers and contractors due to their high-strength and Lloyd’s Register Type Approval for vibration and shock resistance.

The range of grate-fast fixings are designed to suit a wide range of open bar grate flooring with each size fitting multiple depths of grating.

Lindapter has been pioneering the design and manufacture of steelwork fixings, which are said to provide a fast, convenient and cost-effective way of connecting steel to steel since 1934.
