McLaren to deliver West Yorkshire warehousing scheme

Developer Firethorn has appointed McLaren Construction to deliver four high-spec Grade-A warehouses ranging from 5,300m² to 26,000m².

Set across 37 acres, the site lies adjacent to the Sherburn Enterprise Park in Leeds, and will be constructed to net zero carbon, with an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
