Developer named for major Horsham regeneration scheme

Muse Developments has been appointed by West Sussex County Council as its preferred development partner to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park – a sustainable and inclusive new neighbourhood which will provide commercial space, homes and extensive public realm.

The 18.5-acre Horsham Enterprise Park will deliver up to 25,000m² of high-quality employment space, including offices, R&D facilities and an Enterprise Hub, up to 300 new homes, with a 35% affordable housing provision, and local amenities surrounded by generous outdoor spaces.
